We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction.  However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Nano Bella product purchased from, we offer an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).  Simply request a refund from Nano Bella within sixty (60) days from your receipt of the product by contacting our Customer Support Department at [email protected]. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Distributor purchases for stock or inventory.

All returns require prior authorization from Nano Bella.


All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
